Depositing Assets to C2CX
We will assist users where possible with any issues arising from their deposits to C2CX. These issues include deposits where an incorrect or missing tag/memo is used e.g. with EOS, XLM, XRP etc. Assuming the issue can be successfully resolved and we can verify ownership of these assets, C2CX will apply a 10% fee on the value of the deposit or up to a maximum equivalent of 150 USDT.
Termination of Agreement
C2CX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that have already commenced. This includes the suspension or termination of any registered user's account. Accounts which have been inactive for 6 months and have never been funded will typically be cancelled.
Barring force majeure, irregular activity or the deposit of stolen funds, cancelled accounts with balances stemming from prior deposits or trading activity will normally be permitted to withdraw these.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL.
